Zoe is a Soulpusher, meaning that she has the ability to sense when someone is at the edge of death and push their soul up to the beyond. What that beyond is, she doesn't know. Oh, and she also doesn't have a body. Not one that she can inhabit. She is a prisoner inside another 16 year-old, David. Not his fault, and she doesn't begrudge him.
